Natural Wonders Photography provides the opportunity for everyone from complete beginners to professionals to experience the wonders of the natural world in many different locations in the UK and overseas. All locations are chosen to enable you, the guest, to obtain great images from the best possible position and settings. Our aim is always for you to have a great experience in a relaxed and friendly way.
The photographic studio with lighting and flash equipment was ready and waiting for us when we arrived and once we had decided on the background and props we were ready for the shoot. There were fifteen different animals to photograph ranging from snakes, spiders, mantis, gecko, frogs and a stunning chameleon all handled with the utmost care. Thank you Janette for organising another fantastic day and to Roy and Geoff for sharing your passion with us and for enabling us to bring home some wonderful photographic memories. A day we will certainly repeat in the future. Highly recommended.
Her efficient preparations ensured a marvellous introduction to the people and accommodations of India.and allowed us to experience this kaleidoscope. The tiger trip was the icing on the cake. Her selection of guide/naturalist and his driver led to amazing wildlife encounters. Not only tigers but birds and many other animals that inhabit the magical forest of Ranthambore. Her trip is perfectly organised and will inevitably lead to many marvellous moments and interaction with the wildlife .
Booking a full day safari was something she offered and arranged. To spend a day in the park which allowed us to sit with tigers for extended periods and follow them with no other vehicles around was truly special. The hotel is excellent offering both Indian and Western food and a kettle in your room is extremely useful .
I have travelled with many professional photographers and can say that Janette , unlike others, is very approachable and will encourage you and educate you at your own pace and requirements. Equally, if you are an experienced photographer she will allow you to pursue your own creativity offering hints and tips as appropriate based on her many years of experience of visiting and leading tiger trips.
A superb trip. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful team they make….Roy is amazing on his camera knowledge, whilst Geoff, is so relaxed and experienced with the handling of the exhibits, I felt so comfy around the guys on what was a very intensive day. I managed with ease to get some amazing photos, shots I didn’t think and know I would never have got, on my own. but now I feel confident to believe I could get macro shots of this standard on my own. They have given me confidence, and actually shared their knowledge with me.
I have avoided Macro for so long, as I have never been pleased with the results, so as you can imagine, I can’t stop thinking and looking at the images I took…..I can thoroughly recommend you give the guys a try. They give everything they can, to make it YOUR day.

We make every effort we can to make sure that your trip is enjoyable and fun. We want you to go away with fond memories and some great images.
What camera do I need?
Any camera! You can use a compact camera to an all singing and all dancing state of the art DLSR with lenses to match.
The aim of our tours and workshops is you to learn a little about the natural world and to ENJOY your photography without getting too bogged down in the technical side of photography.
All of our tutors are there to help you with all aspects of photography and will be on hand for you during each tour.
What about the weather?
We have no control over this! it is of course never 100% certain, so we do have alternative locations and things planned for such eventualities. It’s worth remembering though that sometimes angry skies give the most dramatic results!
What do I need to bring?
You will receive a full list of ‘essentials’ of both equipment and clothing when you sign up for a photo workshop or tour. It is all pretty standard stuff.
How do I book?
Please book by completing the booking form on the website. If you have difficulties please contact us and we can email a form to you.
How do I pay?
By Bank Transfer, Cheque or Paypal please. The links are shown on the booking form. We will let you know how much is due for payment and when it is due. You can pay by credit card via Paypal. Balance payments made through Paypal will incur a 5% surcharge.
