  • Why should I use Natural Wonders Photography?

    We make every effort we can to make sure that your trip is enjoyable and fun.   We want you to go away with fond memories and some great images.

  • What camera do I need?

    Any camera!    You can use a compact camera to an all singing and all dancing state of the art DLSR with lenses to match.   The aim of our tours and workshops is you to learn a little about the natural world and to ENJOY your photography without getting too bogged down in the technical side of photography.   All of our tutors are there to help you with all aspects of photography and will be on hand for you during each tour.

  • What about the weather?

    We have no control over this!  it is of course never 100% certain, so we do have alternative locations and things planned for such eventualities.  It’s worth remembering though that sometimes angry skies give the most dramatic results!

  • I am new to photography. Will I still benefit from the holiday?

    Very much so. The format of the holidays are small groups, so I’ll get to spend a fair amount of time with each person if and when necessary. All levels of photography are catered for.

  • What do I need to bring?

    You will receive a full list of ‘essentials’ of both equipment and clothing when you sign up for a photo workshop or tour.  It is all pretty standard stuff.

  • How do I book?

    Please book by completing the booking form on the website.     If you have difficulties please contact us and we can email a form to you.

  • How do I pay?

    By Bank Transfer, Cheque or Paypal please.  The links are shown on the booking form.     We will let you know how much is due for payment and when it is due.    You can pay by credit card via Paypal.    Balance payment shade through Paypal will incur a 5% surcharge.

  • Can I stay for extra nights and/or days?

    Yes of course you can but you must let as know so we can arrange this for you.    If you send an email with your specific requirements we will sort this out for you.

  • Is my deposit refundable if i have to cancel?

    The deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the total amount for your trip and have to cancel at the last minute you will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund, as we will still have to pay the travel, hotel and tutor costs. We advise you to take out insurance for your trip against flight delays and other eventualities that may prevent you from being able to take part.

  • Why do I organise my own flights?

    This is to enable you flexibility that you need when booking flights.  We do not include the cost of flights in our tour prices.  We are more than happy to provide information on recommended frights, times and routes where possible.

  • I’m only interested in a tailor-made holiday, is this possible?

    Yes, absolutely. If you have specific ideas for your holiday and you would like to adapt a break to suit, then please contact us. Pretty much anything is possible!

  • Can I be sure the accommodation on the website will be what I get?

    Generally yes, but occasionally the unforeseen happens and we may have to seek alternative accommodation of a similar or better standard in the advent of lack of availability or suchlike. This should in no way affect your tour or workshop, and I’m afraid we can’t offer refunds should this occur. But don’t worry, it hardly ever happens!
